What is included
Examining the goods' properties, purpose, material, condition, completeness, marking, packaging and accompanying documents to support a foreign-trade participant's position.
Important: this is an independent goods examination to analyse the goods and documents and prepare a position, rather than an official customs examination appointed by the customs authority.
The examination uses the submitted goods, photographs, samples, packaging, marking and documents: contract, agreement, technical specifications, item specification, product passport, instructions, delivery notes and correspondence.
What is checked
- conformity with the contract, technical specifications, item specification or agreement;
- quality, completeness, assortment and condition of the goods;
- marking, packaging, product passport, instructions, serial numbers;
- model, intended use, properties, dimensions and materials;
- defects, damage, signs of use or repair;
- accompanying and customs documents, if relevant to the question;
- substantiation of another examination's findings, if a review is needed.
Pricing
from RUB 40,000. The final fee depends on the number of goods, technical specification complexity, document volume, need for a site visit, number of questions and final report format.
