What is included
Checking external condition, completeness, marking, packaging, documentation, signs of damage or use and conformity with procurement terms.
The examination uses the submitted goods, photographs, samples, packaging, marking and documents: contract, agreement, technical specifications, item specification, product passport, instructions, delivery notes and correspondence.
What is checked

- quality, completeness, assortment and condition of the goods;
- marking, packaging, product passport, instructions, serial numbers;
- model, intended use, properties, dimensions and materials;
- defects, damage, signs of use or repair;
- accompanying and customs documents, if relevant to the question;
- substantiation of another examination's findings, if a review is needed.
Pricing
from 30 000 ₽. The final fee depends on the number of goods, technical specification complexity, document volume, need for a site visit, number of questions and final report format.
From requirement to a verifiable result
Record each requirement on a separate row: source, required property, specific goods, verification method and actual result. For dimensions and mass, state measured values and conditions; for completeness, list the items found; for documentation, give the exact name of the missing or submitted document.
Distinguish three situations: a property was checked and a deviation found; it could not be checked due to missing access, equipment or input data; or a relevant supporting document is missing. These need different descriptions and must not become one blanket “non-conforming” conclusion without explanation.
The set, accessories and consumables
Compare the set with the specific item specification and manufacturer documentation. Accessories with the same name may differ in version or compatibility. Record item code, quantity, appearance, packaging and connection with the main product. If equipment is partly installed, distinguish what was inspected from document-based information.
- Which task clause does the completed check address?
- Which object and property were examined directly?
- What input data are needed to check the remaining conditions?
Keep references to photographs, records and measurements supporting the answer in the results. This makes a technical observation verifiable for both parties and distinguishes an actual non-conformity from an open question. The legal consequences for acceptance and payment are determined separately from the specific procurement documents.
